About us

Monroe County Finger Lakes PTAC helps businesses secure government contracts that will keep them competitive and thriving in our region.

At no cost, the PTAC helps businesses sell to the military, federal, state and local governments, along with prime contractors.

A program of the Monroe County Economic Development Division, the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is part of our strong commitment to growing small businesses and creating jobs. The Monroe County Finger Lakes Procurement Technical Assistance Center (MCFL PTAC) is administered by and operates under a cooperative agreement with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
