How to Do Business with GSA’s Northeast and Caribbean Region’s Public Buildings Service

The Public Building Service (PBS) within GSA’s Northeast and Caribbean Region satisfies the real estate needs of government agencies located in New York, Northern New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our current real estate portfolio consists of 70 federally-owned buildings containing 13 million rentable square feet of space and 517 leased locations containing 9.5 million rentable square feet of space.  PBS is responsible for making sure these buildings are maintained and operating effectively and efficiently. This is accomplished by contracting with companies that can provide various building related products and services.
